The brief
Inside one of Fourways' premier estates, this automated adjustable louvre brings one-touch control to a generous entertainment patio. The client wanted winter sun without summer glare — and estate-appropriate lines that read as architecture, not add-on.
What we built
A fully automated louvre system with our all-round gutter: open to the sky in seconds, sealed and 95% watertight when Highveld weather rolls in. The aluminium build carries our 15-year guarantee.

Estate work, estate constraints
Inside an estate the roofline is not only your decision. Why one-touch control earns its place on a big patio
