What shade netting actually gives you
Shade. That's the honest limit of it. A net keeps some sun off the paintwork and does nothing about hail, nothing about driving rain, and nothing about where water goes. It sags, it discolours, and it reads as temporary — because it is. Everything else about a carport is convenience. Hail is the part that costs money.
